Shipping Policy

📦Shipping is now a flat $12.99!📦 Some exclusions do apply. I do hate to raise shipping prices but it has been quite a few years since we have. Shipping rates have increased significantly.  

📌Package Weight Under a Pound will stay the same and is designated rates per your zip code and weight. 
📌 Mail up to 7 pounds (that’s ALOT of mailers) will now be a $12.99 flat Gold Shipping Rate at Checkout. We reserve the right to ship the best way that we see available when you choose the Gold Ship option.  You have the Option to choose Priority Flat Rate or UPS if you prefer at checkout. 
📌Over 7lbs is the exact weight shipping charges.  Boxes, Dymo, and Rollo are excluded from this program.

We normally ship every day but Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to ship. A shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment and several are emailed during shipment.  Be sure to download the Shop App for a more detail shipment process. Shipping charges cover packaging, handling, and shipping. We reserve the right to add required shipping to any order that we deem necessary at our expense. 

Once your package is scanned “Accepted” by USPS, they have assumed responsibility for your items. Once we ship your package, First Class packages are usually delivered in 3-5 business days and Priority Mail in 1-3 business days. These business days do vary around the holidays.  We occasionally have a package delayed for delivery, or unfortunately lost. While we cannot control their delivery, we can help you with USPS Customer Service and locating your package.  Once a package shows delivered, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS for lost packages.  We cannot do anything if it says delivered.

International orders take 2-8 weeks for delivery. Please note, we will not adjust the value on International customs forms. We are not responsible for any customs fees, VAT fees, or any fees required by your location that are associated with the delivery of an International package. International buyers may have to pay additional fees in order to sign for/receive a package. We do not filter those charges in our shipping prices. It is solely the customers responsibility for those extra fees.

The amount charged for shipping at checkout is an estimate. We reserve the right to invoice the buyer for the difference after the order has been packaged and weighed. If shipping payment is not received within 48 hours, the invoice will be refunded and cancelled. If you overpaid shipping, that amount will be refunded once we ship your order.  If you see an issue with shipping amount, please hit the chat now and reach out to us.  

Please verify the shipping address. I cannot be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address you will have to pay for it to be reshipped.  I DO NOT change shipping addresses.  It is left up to the customer to change the shipping address, BEFORE you check out.
