REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

You have 48 hours to contact us when there is a problem with your order.If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away! 

While we're sure to quality check orders a minimum of two times prior to shipment, sometimes mistakes still slip through our hands. If you receive items that are damaged or not as described, please contact us for refund/exchange options.

At this time, we do not offer a refund for orders.  We ship completely from your packing slip, so please make sure you check it before you pay.  If you order the wrong item, contact us immediately!  Once you get your order and you realized you did order the wrong item, contact us and we will allow you to send it back for a store credit.  Once we receive the item in the same form that it was sent to you, we will issue a store credit.  It is your responsibility to cover the shipping charges back to us.  As noted above, shipping charges will not be refunded so you will be issued a credit for the item only.
